Well, temperature is a bit different here, and the lack of sunshine. The UK is well into dull autumn days, feels basically wintery. Temperatures are around 10 degrees C.
No worries, Aunty Margs' house is lovely and warm. We've become expert at taking the 5B bus to town. We've had to do a bit of shopping, which is boring and tiring due to the crowds, but we've gotten a few nice warm bits of clothing.
On Saturday we spent the afternoon at the Pier, which was cool. The kids really enjoyed the 2 penny game, but didn't enjoy the Horror Hotel. We didn't go on any of the freaky rides like the Booster and Super Booster, where you get swung around on a 30m long pendulum. Oskar and I went on the dodgem cars which was fun but he was about 2cm too short to be allowed to drive, so I had to. Oh well.
